Who counts among the first 1,000 law firms?

We allocate spots in the order of requests. Your request reserves a spot; it becomes binding when the contract is signed.

What happens once the 1,000 spots are taken?

From then on, every further firm pays the regular price of €899 per month plus VAT for 2 lawyers + 2 staff members. Only the first 1,000 law firms receive the launch price of €499.

Our firm is larger. What does Axora AI Advocate cost?

For additional lawyers, staff or special requirements we prepare an individual quote.

Does Axora replace the lawyer’s review?

No. Axora prepares, structures and drafts. The legal assessment and every approval remain with you.

Is beA connected?

Yes. beA, the German lawyer mailbox, is integrated and automated in Axora AI Advocate: incoming messages go straight to the matter, and sending happens from the matter – only after your approval.

Is there a connection to Outlook, Word and research tools?

We connect an Outlook interface and a Word add-in as options on request. Interfaces to legal research tools are planned.

When will the DATEV interface and dunning be available?

These features are in preparation. We agree the schedule with our pilot firms and keep all launch-offer customers informed.

Where is our data processed?

On secure servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The AI models run exclusively in the EU and are accessed only through a central, controlled interface. We cover data protection under the GDPR with a data processing agreement (DPA). For maximum data sovereignty, we can also run Axora AI Advocate on your own server on request (on-premise).
